Pack basis before price
Identify solid foam, hollow-core or layered construction; request the proposed material name and assembly. EVA, EPP and polyethylene labels describe material families, not equivalent firmness, odor, surface feel or durability.
State inches or centimeters and the measurement points. A 12-inch compact roller, an 18-inch general format and a 36-inch full-length format serve different pack and use requirements; figures here are examples, not stocked models.
Provide a surface reference and acceptable alternatives. Texture geometry affects molding, cleaning and user feel, but no recovery or therapeutic outcome is claimed without exact-item evidence.
Give quantity in pieces or sets, individual-pack requirements, carton marking and US destination. Compare unit price only after samples, printing, packaging, tooling, freight and exclusions use the same basis.
Separate lengths, textures, colorways, labels and packs as distinct SKUs. Ask for one controlled size and pack record per quoted option.
Map the channelState the intended session type, cleaning routine, storage constraints and quantity. Suitability remains a buyer review after sample and specification checks.
